In every report
- A summary of snags by room and by priority
- A photo of every snag, with its exact location
- A grade: priority, standard or cosmetic
- The relevant standard where one applies (building regulations or warranty-provider tolerances)
- A clear remedy, written so the developer can act on it
- Sign-off by our lead engineer
