What can change the price: two-storey or wraparound designs, conservation areas and listed buildings, sites that need a topographical survey, and redesigns you request after the design is agreed. You'll always get a fixed price before any work starts. Payment: Stage 1 at booking, Stage 2 when it starts. For both stages together, 50% at booking and 50% before Stage 2.
Council planning and building control fees are paid directly to the council and aren't included. Measured surveys outside our in-person area may carry a travel supplement, which we confirm in your quote.
